The Chicago Police Department has issued a missing person alert for Willa Turner, 61, who was last seen near the University of Chicago Hospital. Turner, described as a Black female with brown eyes, black hair, and a dark brown complexion, stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds. She was reported missing on July 11, 2025.
The details surrounding her disappearance are unknown; however, authorities believe Turner was attempting to reach either the 6700 block of South Prairie Avenue or the 9500 block of South Western Avenue. Turner’s last known interaction occurred at a significant location: the University of Chicago Hospital, located at 5841 S Maryland in Chicago, Illinois. According to the report, she was last seen on July 11 this year, but what she was wearing at the time is now unknown.
Concerns over Turner’s safety are mounting, and authorities are requesting the public to come forward with any information that could help them locate her.
