A lucky lottery player in Pennsylvania won $1 million off a $20 scratch-off ticket.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, a store in Lackawanna County sold a $1 million winning All Cash Scratch-Off ticket. All Cash is a $20 game with a top reward of $1 million.
Beer Express on Main Street in Simpson will be awarded a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Scratch-off prizes expire one year after the game’s end-of-sale date is posted. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.
Scratch-offs are distributed at random, so the Pennsylvania Lottery and its dealers don’t know where the winning tickets will be sold.
