Police are requesting public assistance in locating two young sisters who were last seen leaving their Bedford-Stuyvesant residence Thursday evening, according to the NYPD.
The NYPD reported Teleah Kelly, 13, and Talayshia Kelly, 11, missing after they left their Patchen Avenue home at 6:40 p.m. and failed to return. The girls both live in the 81st Precinct.
Teleah is 5 feet 3 inches tall, 160 pounds, and medium-built, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last spotted sporting a pink Mickey Mouse shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
Talayshia stands about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She has a medium frame, brown eyes, and black hair. She was last spotted sporting a beige blouse, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
There is currently no evidence of foul play, but authorities have not ruled out any possibilities. The department has not stated whether the girls were previously reported missing.
