A man accused of murder has been apprehended.
On July 2, around 4:00 a.m., deputies from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shots-fired call at 2624 Broad River Road.
When deputies arrived, they found a man with several gunshot wounds and pronounced him dead.
The vehicle used in the murder was towed from a Chadford Road property that authorities were investigating.
The Evansville Police Department detained Desmond Coleman, the murder suspect, on Friday in Indiana.
