Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials announced the apprehension of two illegal aliens who were convicted of impregnating minor girls in Texas. DHS officers referred to the criminal aliens and other child sex predators arrested recently as the “worst of the worst.”

On July 17, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in Houston arrested Mexican national Pedro Trejo Reyes. The criminal immigrant was convicted of DWI in 1995 and then again in 2011 for “repeatedly sexually assaulting his 12-year-old niece, resulting in her pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage.”

In 2011, an immigration judge ruled that Reyes be removed. Following the completion of his 16-year prison sentence, ICE authorities detained the child sex offender and returned him to Mexico.

“As the media and politicians continue to carry water for criminal illegal aliens who have committed indescribable acts of evil in our country, the brave men and women of ICE are arresting and removing the worst of the worst from the U.S.,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin in a statement on Thursday. “Just today, ICE deported Pedro Trejo Reyes, who raped and impregnated a defenseless child. There is no path forward, no second chances, and no place in America for depraved aliens like him. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, DHS is continuing to make America safe.”

This week, ICE agents apprehended more than one accused or convicted child rapist. Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) personnel from the Houston Field Office apprehended Edwin Jacobo Hernandez Mateo, a Honduran criminal alien, according to officials. Hernandez was charged in Waller County, Texas, with raping and impregnating a juvenile under the age of fourteen. He will stay in ICE custody in Montgomery County, Texas, officials said.

The following is a list of other reported child sex offenders and additional sex offenders who have been apprehended recently:
