Since November 2024, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for Segundo’s arrest due to a parole violation. The Haltom City Police Department and Dallas County issued additional warrants in February 2025 for failing to comply with sex offender registration rules and violating probation, respectively.
