According to a release from Pennsylvania State Police, they are still investigating Shannon Nicole Womack’s fraudulent activity and attempting to correctly identify her. Womack is under arrest after reportedly operating unprofessionally as a nurse. Womack allegedly worked at Beaver Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, as well as eight other Pennsylvania healthcare facilities. Womack also used at least 10 aliases, which are listed below:

- Shannon Nicole Armstrong
- Shannon Abiola-Parham
- Shannon Nicole Grimes
- Shannon Nicole Womack
- Shannon Nicole Lawson
- Shannon Nicole Lethco
- Shannon Nicole Robinson
- Shannon Lee Lawson
