Nathaniel Thy Pham was detained last Saturday near the 16900 block of W Hardy Toll Road by Constable Mark Herman’s Office deputies.
He was apparently driving at 125 mph in a 65 mph zone. The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 announced that Pham had been charged with careless driving.
A man was apprehended when Harris County Constable Precinct 4 officers noticed reckless driving.
The driver was arrested following a traffic stop.
“Nathaniel Pham was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with reckless driving,” Herman’s crew announced on social media.
Pham’s bond was set at $100.00 following a reckless driving incident, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4’s Facebook page. Residents can get more information about crime, arrests, and traffic conditions with the precinct’s smartphone app, “C4 NOW.”
