A man accused of killing a 10-year-old Mississippi boy in a crash while riding an ATV has been indicted in the case.
According to court documents in Amite County, Cody Rollinson was indicted with one count of aggravated DUI and one count of felony fleeing the scene of an accident.
His trial date has been set for September 17, 2025.
According to Amite County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Danny Meaux, the incident occurred on Old Highway 25/Compromise Road on April 6, 2025, between 11:30 and 11:45 a.m.
Meaux claims that a truck struck Jordan Hill while he was riding an ATV. On the day of the crash, authorities detained Rollinson.
