A routine traffic stop on FM 1960 Road took an unexpected turn when Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a driver for felony drug possession charges.
According to the official Precinct 4 Facebook page, the driver, Peter Moreno, was pulled over on Monday in what appeared to be a routine traffic stop.
Subsequent investigation uncovered 3.7 grams of methamphetamine in Moreno’s possession.
“Peter Moreno was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 262nd District Court,” according to the post by Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
