FBI Offers Reward for Suspect in Arkansas Mass Shooting

Officials with the FBI said the agency is asking the public for assistance in locating a man allegedly involved in the April 13 mass shooting at Conway 5th Avenue Park.

Officials have offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the finding and arrest of 19-year-old Kemarie Tyrone Johnson.

Johnson was charged with two charges of capital murder, nine counts of attempted capital murder, and one act of terrorism in Faulkner County on April 17, and a warrant for his arrest was issued, according to officials.

They describe him as a 5-foot-4-inch to 5-foot-6-inch Black male weighing 180 to 200 pounds, with a scar over his left eye and a tattoo on his right forearm. Officials disclosed Johnson’s ties to Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
