A federal grand jury in Pittsburgh has indicted six Pennsylvania residents, two California residents, and two Michigan residents on drug charges, according to Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti.
The four-count indictment, announced on Monday, August 4, identifies ten people as defendants.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Pennsylvania defendants include:
- Christopher Love, 28, of Homestead
- Jonathan Toledo, 25, of Turtle Creek
- Patti Miller, 59, of Altoona
- Calil Francois-Moon, 20, of Homestead
- Dolly Mullens, 54, of Curwensville
- Joanne Shaw, 37, of Warriors Mark
The indictment also implicated Terrence Spivey, 29, and Raymone Grier Jr., 24, both of Detroit, Michigan, as well as Darren Cooper, 38, and Paityn Phears, 24, of Los Angeles, California.
The indictment alleges that the group conspired to distribute and possess several prohibited substances with the intent to distribute them between November 2023 and March 2025.
According to the announcement, the narcotics comprised 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, 100 grams of para-fluorofentanyl, 100 grams or more of heroin, and 40 grams or more of fentanyl.
According to federal officials, the statute requires nine of the defendants to serve at least 10 years and up to life in prison, as well as a fine of up to $20 million.
Mullens is facing a potential term of 20 years in jail and a fine of $500,000.
The Drug Enforcement Administration spearheaded the investigation, which involved multiple federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, including the Pennsylvania State Police.
