2 Women Detained For Shoplifting More Than $600 In Goods At Houston Premium Outlet Mall

Two women were arrested for shoplifting at the Houston Premium Outlet Mall after allegedly stealing over $600 in merchandise from Tommy Hilfiger and Old Navy in what appears to be their own devised discount plan. The constable deputies responded to a call from the mall on the 29300 block of the Northwest Freeway and quickly apprehended the couple for their alleged theft.

The incident occurred in a busy Houston shopping area, where two women were arrested attempting to shoplift. According to a Facebook post by the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, one of them also carried an ID card that belonged to another person.

Following the arrest, the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office complimented its deputies on social media, writing, “Great work by our deputies!” They also asked Houstonians to follow them on Facebook and download their app, ‘C4 NOW,’ which offers real-time updates on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic issues in the area.
