Two Pennsylvania men have been arrested on theft charges after officials claim they stole thousands of dollars’ worth of items from Walmart.
Donald A. Painter, 19, and Emanuel G. Vazquez, 18, both of Pennsylvania, were arrested on Wednesday, July 9, on charges of grand theft in the fourth degree, a class E felony, according to an announcement from the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
According to officials, Painter and Vazquez were charged after they and two unnamed children stole 56 products totaling more than $14,000 from Walmart.
As a result, Painter and Vazquez were both issued an appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date.
