3 Individuals Charged After Guns And Drugs Seized At York County Residence

The Pennsylvania State Police SERT team confiscated multiple stolen firearms and drugs from a Fairview Township property on Tuesday evening, according to court documents.

Three people, 18-year-olds Rasheed Alvarez of New Cumberland and Keith Wilson III of Mechanicsburg and 19-year-old Nyrea Holton of Harrisburg, face charges stemming from a search at an apartment in the Iron Bridge Manor complex on Old York Road around 5:30 p.m., according to court documents filed by State Police.

The charging documents stated what was discovered during the search:

  • Sig Sauer P320 reported stolen out of the Philadelphia area
  • Ruger Security 9mm reported stolen by Lower Paxton Township Police
  • Polymer P38 9mm handgun (considered a โ€œGhost Gunโ€)
  • Multiple pistol magazines
  • A bag of marijuana
  • Four white oxycodone pills
  • Multiple cell phones

According to state police, Wilson and Holton admitted that their fingerprints would be found on the firearms, but Alvarez allegedly refused to answer any questions at the scene.

According to a criminal complaint, an Instagram video purportedly showed Alvarez and Wilson handling the firearms. According to troopers, Alvarez is seen waving a gun at the camera after taking out an empty magazine. In the video, Alvarez is also believed to be holding another firearm.
