A Toledo man has been arrested for allegedly raping a young child, according to police.
Derrick Anspach, 40, of Toledo, is charged with two counts of rape. According to Charing records, he raped a 6-year-old girl on January 25.
According to police affidavits, the allegations are based on video footage and remarks Anspach gave investigators.
He was detained on July 5, and his first court appearance was on July 7. A judge imposed a combined $500,000 bond and barred him from having any contact with children.
He is scheduled to appear in court again on July 15.
